About Anna

Anna McCormack is the founder of Beacon Social Media, a social media management and consultancy business launched in February this year.

Anna’s authenticity and genuine connections are the 'secret' to her social media success. Her ability to support others to see the value in real relationships on social media comes from her embodiment of what she teaches.

"Too often I see businesses given a 30 page report on how they can improve their social media, jam packed with a load of analytic data that makes no sense to them. What is missing is an emphasis on genuine connections and relationship building on social media that can be very natural when we allow the core values of decency and respect in business to be at our foundation."

This year Anna is running a series of workshops on the east coast of Australia for businesses looking to build their social media presence, with the focus on genuine relationships and community connection.

These workshops are aimed at supporting organisations and businesses to develop their authentic expression along with a sustainable rhythm in their online and social endeavours.
